    Fantastic stay with great amenities!

We stayed for 2 nights in a Standard King Room and absolutely loved the old-world charm combined with modern amenities. The views from the rooftop bar were breathtaking, and the room was equipped with everything I needed, including an espresso maker and high-quality toiletries. The valet service was particularly impressive, making our stay feel extra special. However, the noise from the nearby club was a bit disruptive at night.

    stunning hotel
    comfy queen beds
    prolonged check-in

Had a lovely stay with family! The hotel is stunning, and we enjoyed our time in the comfy queen beds—my friends now want the same mattresses! The bar's decor is simply divine.

But don't expect a quick check-in. I thought I'd need a map and snacks for the wait! Honestly felt like a game of musical chairs with those waiting for rooms.

    live music
    walking distance
    rooftop access

Our stay was fun, especially having live music nearby. The kids loved being in walking distance to San Jacinto Plaza, where they enjoyed the open space. Plus, Starbucks across the street kept our coffee cravings satisfied!

It would help families to know it's closed, especially if you were looking forward to it.

    awesome photos
    fun classes
    loud music

We checked out the zoo and got some awesome photos with the animals. The classes offered were super fun, too—especially the yoga flow sessions. Just a heads up, the location can get a bit loud on weekends.

One downside was the noise from the club next door. Even being on a higher floor, the bass was intense and made it hard to sleep.

beautiful hotel but windy rooftop experience

The hotel features stunning historic architecture that makes for a memorable stay. The staff exemplifies hospitality with their friendly demeanor and helpful service.

Unfortunately the rooftop terrace was too windy to sit.

The rooftop views were absolutely stunning, like a postcard come to life—I half expected to see a unicorn trot by. The room was spacious and sported a bed so comfortable that I felt like I was being cradled by a thousand fluffy clouds. The staff was more attentive than a doting grandmother at a family reunion.

    clean rooms
    attentive staff
    comfortable amenities
    loud music
    disrupted sleep
    noisy environment

I had a decent stay with clean and comfortable rooms, and the staff were quite attentive to my needs. However, the noise from the nearby club made it difficult to sleep at times, which detracted from the experience. I recommend this place for short visits, but consider requesting a quiet room if possible.
